Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use DetailerBase to:

  1. send spam, harassment, or unwanted communications,
  2. violate CASL/CAN-SPAM/TCPA or similar laws,
  3. impersonate others or misrepresent sender identity,
  4. upload illegal content, exploitative content, or content that violates privacy rights,
  5. attempt to access other businesses' data, bypass security, scrape data, reverse engineer, or abuse APIs,
  6. distribute malware or attempt denial-of-service,
  7. use the Service for unlawful activity.

Enforcement

We may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts for violations, and may disable communications features to protect recipients and our platform reputation.
